1. Who we are

Nexmetria is an asset intelligence platform operated by MSG Industrial, based in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. We provide digital traceability, inspection record management and technical document storage for industrial clients.

This policy explains how we collect, store and protect your data — and what rights you have over it.

2. What data we store

We store only the data necessary to operate the platform. This includes:

We do not collect personal browsing data, cookies for advertising, or any information beyond what is required to provide the service.

3. Where your data lives

All data is stored exclusively on our private infrastructure — a dedicated server located in the European Union (Hetzner Cloud, Germany), managed solely by Nexmetria.

Your data is never shared with, sold to, or processed by any third-party AI platform — including OpenAI, Google, or any language model service. Our platform operates entirely on private infrastructure with no AI data pipelines.

No data is replicated to public cloud storage, CDN caches, or shared hosting environments.

5. Data access & confidentiality

Access to your data is restricted to:

We do not access, review or share client data for any purpose other than delivering the contracted service. All personnel with system access are bound by confidentiality obligations.

6. Data portability & service termination

You own your data at all times. If you choose to terminate your service agreement with Nexmetria, we will deliver a complete export of your data within 7 business days of receiving a formal written request.

Offboarding process

Submit a termination request — Send a formal request to contact@nexmetria.com.mx from your registered contact email. Include your company name and client ID.

Confirmation within 48 hours — We will acknowledge your request and confirm the scheduled export date.

Data export delivery within 7 business days — You will receive a complete export including: asset records in CSV/XLSX format, inspection records in CSV/XLSX format, and all attached files (PDFs, drawings, CAD files) in a compressed archive.

Data deletion — Upon your written confirmation of receipt, all your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

We will never hold your data hostage. Regardless of account status or payment disputes, your right to receive your data export is unconditional.

7. Data retention

Your data is retained for the duration of the active service agreement, plus 90 days after termination to allow for data export requests. After that period, all data is permanently deleted unless a written extension is requested.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Any material changes will be communicated to active clients via email at least 30 days before taking effect. The current version is always available at this URL.
